Tamara advises lenders and borrowers of all types on a wide range of banking and finance services, in particular cross-border and local finance transactions, including project finance, re-financing, non-performing and performing loan and portfolio sales transactions, as well as on capital market and regulatory matters.
Tamara has participated in several high profile local and regional acquisition transactions and sales of companies, shares and assets, and advises clients on all aspects of corporate law.
Tamara is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and speaks Serbian and English.
