Milan Radonić is an Associate specialised in real-estate, projects and corporate / M&A matters. He has been advising domestic and international clients in numerous matters concerning real-estate, including permitting, construction, pre-acquisition due diligence, lease of real estate, etc. He has also advised a number of foreign and domestic clients in the process of establishment of their subsidiaries in Serbia and various day-to-day corporate and other matters.
