Nikola Stojiljković is a Managing Associate with substantive experience in general commercial, corporate, regulatory, real estate, capital markets, and dispute resolution matters. His expertise also includes in-depth experience in developing and monitoring compliance management system, especially in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-trust, advertising, whistleblowing and data protection. He is a certified internal auditor for the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and SA 8000 standards.
Nikola worked for a number of years in the legal department of Hemofarm a.d., the Serbian subsidiary of German STADA, where he supervised work in various different areas.
Nikola is qualified to practice law in Serbia and speaks Serbian and English.
