Andreja Vražalić is a Senior Associate with substantial experience in general commercial, corporate, real estate, M&A, as well as in dispute resolution and insolvency matters. Andreja has been advising foreign investors at the stage of their entry into the Serbian market as well as providing continuous advice in relation to their day-to-day activities. He has also been advising clients on various matters in the wider region of the Former Yugoslavia, including in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
Andreja’s expertise also includes advising clients on PPP/concession matters, such as preparation of a bid and negotiations related to a major road concession in Serbia. Andreja has also been actively taking part in various pro bono matters.
Andreja is qualified to practice law in Serbia and speaks Serbian and English.
